Through leadership and commitment to excellence, Anita aims to continue to drive the company forward by empowering the Community.
Sylvia McClung, Chief
Administrative Office
With over two decades of executive assisting and accounting experience, Sylvia McClung brings tremendous value to Trinity Home Solutions.
Her professional career spans a variety of industries, including software development, securities trading, and nonprofit organization support.
She is also a creative entrepreneur and thrives on helping others achieve their goals.
Sean Brown
Director of Lending and Financial Services
Sean is an accomplished mortgage banking professional with extensive experience in branch management and loan origination. Currently serving as the Branch Manager at Nationwide Mortgage Bankers in Los Angeles, CA, since June 2023,
Sean has partnered with local housing non-profit organizations, negotiated builder contracts, and expanded the branch’s business into new markets such as Reverse Mortgages and HELOCs.
Debbie Washington, Administrative Secretary
Debbie has been a dedicated member of Trinity Home Solutions since 2018. She holds a Bachelor’s and a Master’s in Education from Cal State L.A. As our secretary, she brings over 30 years of experience in education and business administration, having worked extensively with students and families within the Los Angeles Unified School District.
Phyllis Bowman, Director of Education and Home Buyer Process
With a deep understanding of the real estate market, I bring a client-first approach to
helping both buyers and sellers achieve their goals. My commitment to delivering top-
notch service is reflected in my ability to expertly guide clients through every step of the
transaction process.
